Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. See delivery information for options and costs.
How long does delivery take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for 2–3 day delivery after dispatch. Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery when ordered before the cut-off shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of £60.00 or more unlock free Tracked 48.
How do returns work?
You have statutory cancellation rights for most online orders, plus our voluntary 30-day returns policy and First Size Exchange - FREE. Full details are on our returns and refunds page.
How do I choose a size?
Tavros pieces run from S to XL. Each product page lists available sizes and includes a size guide with measurements. If you are between sizes, check the size guide before adding to bag.
