Returns and Refunds

Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must still be attached
• Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery

How to return

1. Contact us via your order confirmation email or our contact page with your order number.
2. We will confirm return instructions for your parcel.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
